Jigsaw Drop Match Privacy Policy

AppSprite Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides Jigsaw Drop Match, a jigsaw matching puzzle game for Android and iOS. This policy explains what information the app processes and why.
Information processed by the app
- Game data stored on your device: level progress, hints, settings, and tutorial status. This data is used to save your game and restore your preferences.
- Analytics and diagnostics: app launches, sessions, gameplay interactions, level numbers and outcomes, hint use, advertising interactions, app version, device information, approximate location derived from an IP address, identifiers, crash reports, and diagnostic information. We use this information to understand performance, improve gameplay, measure advertising, and prevent fraud.
- Anonymous game identifier: the app creates a random installation identifier. It is used to calculate anonymous usage and retention statistics and is not linked to a Jigsaw Drop Match account.
Advertising and third-party services
Jigsaw Drop Match uses Google AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Remote Config, and our analytics service hosted by Alibaba Cloud. Google services may process data as described in Google's Privacy Policy. Where required, the app asks for consent before requesting advertising. You can also change advertising choices through the privacy options made available in the app, your device, or your Google account settings.
How information is shared
Information is shared with Google and our cloud hosting provider only as needed to provide advertising, analytics, crash diagnostics, configuration, fraud prevention, and reliable app operation. We do not sell personal information.
Security and retention
Network traffic from the app uses encrypted HTTPS connections. Local game data remains on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall it. Analytics, advertising, and diagnostic information is retained only as long as needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, security, and dispute resolution.
Your choices and deletion requests
You may decline or change advertising consent where the consent form is available, and reset or restrict the advertising identifier in your Android or iOS device settings. You can remove local game data by clearing the app's storage where available or uninstalling the app. To request access to or deletion of analytics information associated with an installation, email us with the app name and relevant details.
Children
Jigsaw Drop Match is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
