This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data in Star Blast.

How to delete your account

Option A — In the app (recommended, instant):

  1. Open Star Blast.
  2. Go to Menu → About / Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm on the dialog. Your account and cloud data are removed immediately.

Option B — By email: If you cannot access the app, email feedback@appsprite.com from any address, with your in-game nickname or player ID. We will delete your account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What may be retained

Purchase / transaction records may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes, for the minimum period required by law. These records are not used to identify you for any other purpose.

Aggregated / anonymized analytics and crash diagnostics that can no longer identify you may be retained for product-improvement statistics.

Except as noted above, all personal data is deleted within 30 days of your request.

如何删除账号

方式一 — 在应用内（推荐，立即生效）：

  1. 打开 星星爆爆乐。
  2. 进入 菜单 → 关于 / 设置。
  3. 点击 删除账号。
  4. 在确认弹窗中确认。您的账号与云端数据将立即删除。

方式二 — 通过邮件：若无法打开应用，请用任意邮箱发送邮件至 feedback@appsprite.com， 附上您的游戏昵称或玩家 ID。我们将在 30 天内删除您的账号并回复确认。

将删除的数据

游戏进度与云存档（关卡、金币、排行榜记录）删除
已绑定的社交登录（Facebook / 微信 / Google Play 游戏）解绑并删除
推送通知令牌删除

可能保留的数据

购买 / 交易记录：在法律、税务、会计或反欺诈要求下，会按法律规定的最短期限保留，且不再用于识别您本人。

已聚合 / 匿名化的分析与崩溃诊断数据（无法再识别到个人）可能保留用于产品改进统计。

除上述情形外，所有个人数据将在您请求后 30 天内删除。
